The contractor shall furnish supervision, labor equipment and material to treat locations for total vegetation control. The contractor shall submit with their bid a copy of all licenses, permits etc. required to perform the work. The contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State of Illinois and local regulations regarding the handling, use, application, storage and disposal of all products and equipment necessary to perform the work. Within two (2) weeks after the award of the contract, the contractor shall submit the following to The City for review and approval. A list of herbicides and manufacturer; manufacture’s literature for each herbicide; type of control for which it will be used; rate of application and SDS sheets for each herbicide.
