Contractor must provide clean, in good working condition, and fully stocked well-maintained portable restroom units and handwashing stations; and empty the waste tanks of onsite recreational vehicles (RVs). Contractor shall: a. Tuesday of Fair Week: deliver and setup by 4:00 pm to the Oregon State Fairgrounds, 2330 17th St NE, Salem, OR 97305 for the Marion County Fair. Ensure all units are clean, stocked, and ready for use and that hand washing units are equipped with running water, soap and paper towels. b. Monday morning after Fair closes, pick up all equipment by 8:00 am and empty waste tanks of approximately five to ten onsite RVs. c. Maintain the sanitation and operational conditions of equipment throughout the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, pumping waste tanks daily before 10:00 am and as needed, refilling odor-controlled chemicals, cleaning inside/outside of units including high touch point areas, walls, floors and seats, restocking toilet paper, hand sanitizer/soap and removing all debris from the unit. d. Respond to and perform necessary repairs or provide replacement items as needed. e. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
