GENERAL AREAS: 1. Dust railings, ledges, window sills and doors. 2. Dust wall surfaces less than seventy (70) inches from the floor. Spot-clean smudges, marks and spots. 3. Vacuum carpets. 4. Dust and damp-mop all non-carpeted floors except file rooms and storage rooms. 5. Spot-clean all furniture and accessories (excluding desktops) except in the Interviewing Rooms 6. Damp-wipe all sticky or marked surfaces, spills and dirt. 7. Collect all trash, debris and recyclables and remove to the appropriate container in the outside dumpster area. Recyclable items shall be placed in the appropriate outside recyclable containers. Damp-wipe all dirty ashtrays, wastebaskets and trash receptacles. Replace used liners when necessary. 8. Clean lobby windows and glass doors. 9. Wipe/scrub/sanitize all drinking fountain surfaces. Clean/clear nozzles. Wipe dry and shine. 10. Clean mop sink closet and mop sink. ALL RESTROOMS: 1. Scour and scrub seats, commodes, urinals, and sinks with disinfectant cleanser. 2. Damp-wipe and spot-clean toilet partitions. 3. Dust/damp-wipe dispensers. 4. Empty disposal receptacles. Wipe disposal receptacles with multipurpose disinfectant/deodorizer and replace used liners/bags. 5. Damp-wipe and spot-clean walls. 6. Remove all trash to outside dumpster. 7. Sweep and damp-mop floors and/or scrub with disinfectant cleanser. 8. Dust all furniture and accessories. Damp-wipe all sticky or marked areas. 9. Dust all ledges. Damp-wipe all spills and dirt. EATING AREAS: 1. Damp-wipe and sanitize all cafeteria tables and chairs. 2. Damp-wipe and sanitize countertops and sinks. 3. Empty, wash and sanitize all containers and disposals. ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES: 1. Notify Office Manager (Facility Manager) of any irregularities. 2. Turn off all lights (except those designated). 3. Close/lock all doors. 4. Set alarms. WEEKLY: GENERAL AREAS: 1. Spray and buff all non-carpeted floors. Spot-clean heavy dirt. 2. Dust all furniture (excluding desktops except in Interviewing Rooms). Damp-wipe all sticky or marked surfaces. 3. Clean and polish all metal surfaces and railings.
