The Provider shall employ a dedicated Navigator who will serve as a central point of contact for participants referred to the Cass County Prosecution-Led Diversion Program. The Navigator provides individualized support and coordination to assist participants in addressing the underlying factors contributing to their involvement in the criminal justice system. The Navigator works collaboratively with the Cass County State’s Attorney’s Office, the North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCR), the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and community providers to facilitate engagement in appropriate services and monitor progress throughout the duration of program participation.
