Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: SLED seeks to procure a 1-year service maintenance agreement for a Star Safire 380 HDc imaging system used on SLED’s helicopters as well as material and labor for repair to the aging imaging system. This agreement is for 1 of 2 Star Safire imaging systems. These systems are over 10 years old and require regular preventative maintenance and service. The service agreement will allow for 100% coverage for parts and labor caused by normal wear and tear, 5% discount for upgrades, and priority stock parts and repair queue.
