Removal of two failed overhead roll-up doors located in the Eccles Center stage hallway and replace them with two smaller roll up doors. The selected vendor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the project to specification. Background Snow College currently has two large overhead doors (approx. 34' x 22') in the Eccles building that have failed and become obsolete. The college wishes to replace these with smaller, fire-rated roll-up doors (16' x 16') for improved functionality.. Demolition & Removal: * Remove two existing overhead roll-up doors (approx. 34' x 22') and associated framing. * Dispose of all removed materials per local regulations. All work must be performed in compliance with applicable building codes and safety standards. Supply & Installation: * Provide and install two commercial-grade, fire-rated, gray roll-up overhead doors (16' x 16'). Electrical Integration: * Doors will be electrically operated. * Coordinate with Snow College for power supply. * Connect and test electrical operation of doors.
