Mowing activities shall not begin before May 1st and shall end on October 30th each year of the contract. Frequency of mowing and lot sizes (up to 40 acres) will vary. Mowing shall not commence before 8 a.m. and shall be completed the same day by 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If mowing activities are not completed by 5 p.m., mowing shall commence the next business day after 8 a.m. during the work week. If it becomes necessary to mow on Saturday due to inclement weather during the week, the Contractor shall request approval from the Project Manager or Designee. Work Orders: All work orders will be digitally assigned through Elements, the City’s online work order management system. The Contractor will be provided with login credentials to access the system. Once a work order is assigned, the Contractor shall review the details and complete the work in accordance with this Scope of Work. Photos and Documentation: Contractors are required to take before and after digital photos of each property as outlined below. Each photo must include a date/time stamp and clearly show property conditions before and after work is completed from the same location and angle. Contractor must take digital photos at each property in violation: • One photo showing the property address and violation notice (multiple photos may be required). • Photos of the front yard, back yard, and side yard(s) before work begins. • Photos of the same areas after work is complete.
