It must integrate with existing enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Outlook,). 3.2 Product Functions 3.2.1 Project lifecycle management (initiation to closure). 3.2.2 Task and resource allocation across departments. 3.2.3 Risk, issue, and compliance tracking. 3.2.4 Reporting and dashboards tailored for departments. 3.3 User Classes and Characteristics 3.3.1 City Project Managers: Oversee projects, allocate resources, maintain schedules. 3.3.2 Department Staff: Execute assigned tasks, upload documents, create reports. 3.3.3 City Administrator/Legal: Ensure compliance, manage records. 3.4 Operating Environment 3.4.1 Hosted in a FedRAMP-authorized cloud (preferred) or City data center. 3.4.2 Compatible with Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox. 3.4.3 Must integration with City’s Active Directory/Azure AD for authentication. 3.4.4 Single Sign-on (SSO). 3.4.5 Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
