The required abatement and disposal of Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) as identified and recommended in the Hazardous Material Inspection of the City of Nicholls Gymnasium scheduled for demolition. ● All work must conform and follow all NESHAP, AHERA, and OSHA standards and regulations. ● Asbestos disposal shall occur at a site approved by the Environmental Protection Division to accept asbestos-containing waste in accordance with Rule 391-3-4-.04(8) Asbestos Containing Waste and shall meet all other applicable local, state, and federal laws (scale/tipping tickets are required). ○ The name, address, and phone number of the landfill that will be used is required for submission in the procurement portal. ● There is no guarantee of the quantity of work. Abatement activities are contingent on results from asbestos inspection.
