The Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division (EPD) is seeking qualifications from highly experienced and qualified engineers to prepare estimates of forecasted water demands for thermoelectric power generation in Georgia for a forty (40) year time horizon with the input of expert stakeholders. This Request for Qualified Contractors (RFQC) aims to establish a contract with a single qualified engineer for a period of up to five (5) years. The work will be issued through individual task orders. This procurement process, formally structured as an RFQC, is utilized to identify the most highly qualified firm to provide this specialized service to EPD. The scope of work shall be completed by a Georgia Registered Professional Engineer.
