Heirs Property Resolution Services Attorneys will provide the following heirs property resolution services: A. Title Review and Assessment • Review property records and chain of titles. • Identify all heirs, potential claimants, and ownership interests. B. Heirship and Probate Proceedings • File and manage estate administration or probate petitions (testate or intestate). • Represent clients in Probate Court as needed to establish legal heirs or obtain Letters of Administration. C. Title Correction and Deed Transfer • Draft and file corrective or confirmatory deeds. • Facilitate transfer of title to rightful heirs or beneficiaries. • Coordinate with title insurance companies and recorders of deeds offices.
