The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to abate and remediate the following base scope items: • Asbestos Abatement: Abate Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) suspected in various finishes, tiling, insulation, mastics, and other building materials within the parking deck, office, and retail areas. • Mold Remediation: Remove and clean all areas with active mold and mushroom growth resulting from moisture penetration and flooding. • Proper Protection for Lead-Based Paint: Workers to have proper OSHA protection when working in areas with lead-based paint. Attachment 4, to be provided to contractors following mandatory pre-proposal site visit, will indicate the general location of lead-based paint.
