This Request for Proposals is for the services of an architectural and engineering firm to develop designs and produce a complete set of construction documents for the partial interior renovation of the Police Academy and complete replacement of the entire HVAC system. The Consultant shall also provide Construction Administrative Services and Post Construction Administration Services. The intent of this project is to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services as necessary to assess existing conditions, develop designs, and produce a complete set of construction documents as required for the creation of the partial interior renovation and complete replacement of the entire existing Geothermal HVAC system and associated equipment.
