The Housing Authority of the Borough of Carteret is inviting submittals from firms or individuals interested in performing consulting services as an Architectural/Engineering consultant as Needed. This is one position and the Scope of Services includes: A. Develop and implement a program to: 1. Prepare and submit all documents to assist in the projects or task at hand. 2. Providing mapping, drawings, plans and such as needed. 3. Assist with the management and supervision of construction projects. 4. Prepare and coordinate preparation of all documents and reports as related to the multiple projects at hand as needed. 5. Provide technical assistance to the authority on procurement, management and other issues related to the projects that may be at hand.
