The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, rentals, materials, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, inspections, and incidentals necessary to install new an Electric Vehicle Charger at the DNR Region 3 Cambridge Office and Shop. The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, rentals, materials, tools, transportation, permits, licenses, inspections, and incidentals necessary to install new an Electric Vehicle Charger at the DNR Region 3 Cambridge Office and Shop, including: • A tentative construction schedule shall be given to the Project Manager no later than ten business days after the official Notice to Proceed has been received. • Obtain all permits required for the project and follow all applicable codes. • Ensure that required inspections are performed, including but not limited to EV installation qualifications. • Install construction zone security to include a combination of cones, barricades and fencing as needed to protect the construction zone from damage and to protect unauthorized personnel from all safety hazards • Install new 100AMP breaker in the existing panel in workshop. • Trench new pipe from new disconnect out to pedestal location. • Install 100Amp code required disconnect. • Install DNR spec Autel Maxicharger (or State approved equivalent) single head EV charger to east of Building on Pedestal. • Install and provide 2 bollard locations as per code design with spec 5’ x 8’ concrete pad. • Installation of new EV charger that meets the following: Design basis: Autel MaxiCharger AC Pro; Low Dual Charger Ground CMS: o Single head pedestal EV charger with individual circuits (80 amp) o Level 2 charger with standard J1772 port o Non-networked charger o RFID capable o Cable management system included • All fittings as required. • Test and commission the new equipment for proper operation. • All punch list deficiencies will be addressed and resolved to the owner’s satisfaction by the completion date.
