Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified Farmers interested in leasing parcels Pasture Parcels S (27.1+/- Acres) and T (24.9 +/- Acres) as outlined below for agricultural farmland located on or near 4495 Hines Chapel Rd, McLeansville, NC 27301. The purpose and intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain experienced and qualified Farmers describing their plan for the land including crop, rotation, watering or irrigation. The County invites all interested and qualified Farmers who meet the requirements below to submit a response to this RFP. • Pasture – Parcel S 27.1 +/- Acres • Pasture – Parcel T 24.9 +/- Acres • All Parcels certified Organic must remain certified Organic and worked appropriately.
