CPS Energy is seeking a Company to provide Power Generation Pump Related Parts and Offsite Services for an anticipated term of three (3) years to include, but not limited to, the following goods and services: a. Provide pump assemblies (including motor, gearbox, coupling, skid, etc. if applicable), and pump related parts and consumable items including, but not limited to those Goods set forth on Exhibit B. b. Orders for Goods shall be made by the Field Representative or designee. c. Perform offsite warranty and repairs Services. d. Provide offsite pump repairs, parts and consultation Services for the following types of pumps. This list is not all-inclusive: i. Condensate pumps ii. Ash pumps iii. Water pumps iv. Circulating water pumps v. Boiler feed pumps vi. Chemical pumps vii. Miscellaneous pumps
