The City of Boston, acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission, by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), Real Estate Management and Sales Division (REMS), is seeking qualified and experienced firms to provide Professional Land Surveying Services on an as-needed basis to support the management, preparation, and redevelopment of City-owned properties. The selected firm(s) will perform services including, but not limited to, boundary, ALTA/NSPS land title, topographic, existing conditions, subdivision, and construction layout surveys, as well as easement, right-of-way, floodplain, and GIS mapping services. Work will be assigned through task-specific work orders during the three-year contract term.
