This IFB sets forth the specifications and requirements for the monitoring, maintenance and repair services required for one individual Northern Power Systems (Northern Power 100Artic) 100kW wind turbine energy electrical power generation system, which shall include a wind turbine, nacelle, rotor (including hub and blades), generator, control system, full power converter, braking system, yaw system, tower, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) system (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “NP System” or “NP Turbine”). This NP System is owned and operated by Authority and located in the Authority’s Buffalo Division at or near Milepost 485.00 and the Authority’s Westfield Maintenance Facility.
