The new Pittsboro Town Hall site is centrally located in a mix of residential and commercial properties. The vision for the building is an accessible and thoughtfully designed space that meets the current and future municipal needs. The building will contain multiple departments as well as a new assembly space for the Board of Commissioners’ public meetings. The project will balance the future needs of the Town with current financial limitations. The Town of Pittsboro is a fast growing community which values its historic downtown and small-town character along with its surrounding natural environment. The scope of services required: 1. Full design work including but not limited to architectural, civil, structural, and MEP in accordance with the current North Carolina State Construction Office (SCO) Construction Manual. 2. Construction phase services.
