Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications (no exceptions): High School Diploma or GED Exceptional Customer Service Skill for a school district setting to include but not limited to strong: o Verbal o Written o Communication Attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to reconcile reports by comparing and verifying document accuracy Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Intermediate digital literacy preferred, including the ability to: o Draft and send emails with attachments o Create and edit digital documents o Conduct online research using databases or search engines o Synthesize large data sets o Retrieve and upload documents to electronic databases Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
