Foundation Construction • Excavation for footings, walls, slabs • Frost walls, reinforcing steel, anchors, and drainage • Concrete placement and finishing 3. Pavilion Construction • Structural framing per Exhibit B • Roofing, siding, vinyl with color tbd, trim, and architectural finishes • ADA-compliant access points • BABA-compliant materials throughout construction 4. Restroom Construction • Interior framing, walls, partitions, doors • Plumbing: fixtures, supply lines, drain/waste/vent • Ventilation, lighting, ADA accommodations • Connection to approved septic/sewer system 5. Water & Electrical Services • Plumbing connection to municipal water • Electrical panel, conduit, lighting, outlets, and exterior lighting • Utility coordination and required inspections
