The selected vendor shall be responsible for the following activities: • Design and Manufacturing: Design and manufacture a new aircraft boarding ramp in accordance with the specifications detailed in Section 5. • Quality Assurance: Implement a robust quality assurance program throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the ramp meets all specified requirements and industry standards. • Delivery: Safely transport the complete aircraft boarding ramp, including all components, accessories, and documentation, to: o Nantucket Memorial Airport o 14 Airport Rd. o Nantucket, MA 02554 o Nantucket Island is located approximately 30 miles off the coast of Cape Cod Massachusetts. The bid proposal must include all travel logistics, including ferry costs, to Nantucket Memorial Airport. • Assembly: Provide all necessary personnel, tools, and equipment for the complete assembly of the boarding ramp. • Testing and Commissioning: Conduct functional testing, safety checks, and commissioning of the ramp to ensure full operational readiness. This includes, but is not limited to, load testing, articulation testing, emergency stop functionality, and interlock verification. • Training: Provide comprehensive operational and maintenance training for Airport Operations and Maintenance Personnel. This training shall cover safe operation, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency procedures. • Documentation: Provide complete and accurate documentation as specified in Section 4. • Warranty and Support: Provide a comprehensive warranty and ongoing technical support as detailed in Section 9
