LOT 1 & 2 - DMV LOCATIONS: Security System (test, inspect, monitor, maintenance/replacement service) • Component replacement on the central processing unit, to include reprogramming of system due to failure, replacement of circuit boards and all components in the control panels, annunciator panels, transponders, printers, keyboard monitors, battery replacement and peripheral devices (smoke detectors, pull stations, audible/visible units, door contacts, etc) associated with the system. Maintenance shall be included and shall include all labor, parts, and travel with no extra fees or surcharges added on. Excluded from maintenance coverage shall be parts and labor charges required as a result of fire, misuse, vandalism or negligence. Also, excluded from maintenance contract are any changes required that are the result of insurance or code regulation or structural modifications which will be invoiced at the prevailing price with prior approval by the County. • Monitoring of the security system to include 24 hour test on phone lines to make sure they are operable. • Emergency service calls Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm. • Response time within 24 hours
