Washington State Ventilation And Indoor Air Quality Code (VIAQ) 8. ANSI 117 (Ada Accessibility Code) 9. International Fire Code (IFC) 10. National Electrical Code (NEC) 11. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 12. City of Port Angeles Urban Service Standards & Guidelines (current edition) 13. WSDOT/APWA Standard Specifications (current edition) Ductless HVAC Multi-Zone Heating and Cooling System 1. License HVAC Technician. 2. Provide all labor, equipment, and materials to install a new Ductless HVAC Multi-Zone Heating and Cooling System. Cost should include supplying and bringing all materials, fittings, tools, and equipment to complete the installation at the work site and should include all costs associated with the proper cleanup, removal, and disposal of any materials from the work site that are related to the installation. Provide start-up and commissioning as part of this contract. 3. Mount exterior unit to the brick wall behind the south office door to the Parks Offices Four (4) feet above finish concrete. Provide sealant around the exterior penetration per City Of Port Angeles Building Code. See photo below.
