An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Administrator is designed to assist employees with any difficulties they may be having arising from personal, mental health, substance abuse and/or workplace-related problems. The contract shall be awarded for providing EAP Services to the Township based upon the quality of their proposal, their experience in the field and reasonable cost of services. As these services are specialized and qualitative in nature, they shall be performed by or under the supervision of licensed or certified staff. The service shall provide the following EAP Services to employees of the Township of Toms River, Fire District #1 and their immediate family members: Six (6) Sessions EAP Model - Assessment and Counseling
