Vendor shall be responsible for performing maintenance activity and repair as required, to maintain the current level of automated weather technology. 1.2.2. The Department may provide vendor with an inventory of spare parts. To the extent such parts are provided, vendor shall keep accurate inventory records and shall provide detailed inventory reports to the Department annually by the end of each contract year and upon request. 1.2.3 Vendor shall monitor all AWOS/NADIN parameters to verify that they are reported accurately and in a timely manner. The Vendor shall also confirm that each transmitter used to broadcast AWOS information has a valid Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license and ensure that all broadcasts are properly displayed in compliance with FCC rules and regulations. 1.2.4. Vendor informs the Bureau Chief of Administrative Services, Division of Aeronautics to what extent current equipment has become obsolete or could no longer be repaired, for consideration of the need for possible upgrades under separate contract. 1.2.5.
