1 System shall be a fully integrated digital evidence system that includes the ability to upload, store, retrieve, manage, redact, and disseminate still digital images. 2 Shall have an end-user interface that allows for complete administration of all data including but not limited to: • Internal and External Sharing • Make confidential or restrict access • Digital Evidence Redaction • Purging/Permanent Retention • Account Administration • System Reporting including access to raw data for custom reporting capability 3 System shall ensure all digital evidence uploaded through the vendor supplied mechanism has been successfully uploaded prior to deletion/overwritten from the device. 4 Data Storage: Unlimited Cloud Data Storage for digital media shall be included. 5 Data Retention: Shall include ability to institute protocols for specific data retention requirements. 6 Chain of Custody: Shall include ability to log and review access (audit trail). 7 Shall meet CJIS encryption standards for cloud-based storage of law enforcement sensitive digital data. 8 Other Digital Media: Shall be capable of storing, sharing and maintaining chain of custody/audit trails of additional digital media (i.e. digital photographs). 9 System shall include a fully integrated redaction tool complete with industry standard redaction techniques, including the ability to automatically detect and render faces unidentifiable. System shall include manual selection of items and the ability to follow those items and redact throughout the pictures. System shall include the ability to redact audio and metadata as well. 10 Shall have the ability to download pictures for storage on other devices (DVD, thumb drive, etc.) and prove authenticity (chain of custody) if challenged in court.
