1. Main Swimming Pool Pump and Filter: A. Replace existing filter face piping valves, Apollo Vales- cast iron body disc, 7 valves. Mounting hardware to be stainless Steel. B. Replace existing Butterfly valves on main drain and skimmers piping, PVC Body and Disc with EPDM Seat. Mounting hardware to be Stainless Steel. C. Construct concrete housekeeping pad for filter pump, 42" L by 22" W by 6 H" with reinforcing bar. D. Plumb filter pump as necessary to be installed on pad. Plumbing to be Schedule 80. Install (2) PVC Valves- (1) pump suction, (1) pump discharge. Mounting hardware to be stainless steel. Red Rubber 1/8" gasket on pump suction and discharge. E. Install 5HP, 3PH, TEFC motor with new mechanical seal on filter pump. Motor to be Pentair. F. Install 5HP single phase VFD for filter pump. VFD-H20 Flow Controls model with programmer. Leave existing electrical panels with disconnect with overloads. Wire from Disconnect and VFD to motor by owner Play Feature Pool Pump: A. Replace existing 3HP, 1PH pump B. Install Pentair lntelliFlo3 3HP, 1PH Pump C. Suction and discharge valves - 2" TU Ball Valves D. Plumbing to be Schedule 80 E. Wiring from existing disconnect to pump by owner 3. Slide Pump: A. Replace existing 7.5 HP, 1 PH pump, Pump-Aurora 3801Series, 7.5 HP, 3PH, Stainless Steel impellor, Epoxy coated wet end, Stainless Steel mounting plates B. Operating Conditions: 575 GPM @ 30 TDH C. Suction and Discharge Valves, PVC with Stainless Steel hardware D. Check Vale-Praher: PVC, wafer style with Stainless Steel hardware E. Housekeeping Pad-36" L by 22" W by 6" H concrete pad with reinforcing bar F. VFD- H20 Flow Controls with Programmer, leave existing electrical disconnect with overloads Wiring from disconnect to VFD and VFD to motor by owner G. Plumbing to be Schedule 80 H. Red Rubber 1/8" gasket from pump suction and discharge 4. Additional/Other: A. Provide equipment manuals in 3 ring binder B. Labeling: Valves, VFD, Pumps and Piping. 2" white with black lettering. C. Training: One hour of owner training D. Warranty: One year equipment, labor and materials.
