Recruitment of participants will be completed by MCDSS. Scheduling of financial coaching sessions will be done using a process agreed upon by MCDSS, the entity contracted to provide financial coaching, and the participating business. Task 1 Respondent shall prepare a workplan for the financial coaching services including consulting personnel to be assigned to the project, key tasks, time schedule, procedures for delivering financial coaching services, and tools for tracking service delivery. Deliverable: Complete workplan to be submitted to Project Coordinator within 30 days of contract execution. Task 2 Respondent shall prepare written materials to be used for financial coaching sessions. These will include but may not be limited to: tips for achieving financial self-sufficiency, assessment of financial self-sufficiency (developed in collaboration with project evaluator), individualized financial self-sufficiency goals, and individual plan for achieving those goals. Deliverable: Material to be submitted to Project Coordinator for approval within 30 days of evaluation workplan being approved. Task 3 Respondent shall deliver quarterly financial coaching sessions of up to 60 minutes each to a maximum of 200 employees. Gift cards of $25 will be purchased by the vendor, invoiced under the contract, and distributed to participants at the end of each session. The cost of gift cards should be included in the vendor’s budget. Deliverable: An attendance list and dashboard reporting on the number of financial coaching sessions delivered, individualized financial self-sufficiency plans developed, and progress employees make on their selfsufficiency plans shall be developed, maintained and submitted to the Project Coordinator monthly.
