1. This project will include landscaping services at eleven health center locations. Please see Exhibit A for exact locations and diagrams. 2. The Offeror shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, skills, etc., required to maintain the landscape in an attractive and safe condition throughout the contract period. Maintenance shall include but will not be limited to mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, watering, and cleanup. 3. Landscape services covered under this project include the following: a) Mowing b) Lawn edging c) Trimming d) Weeding (planters/tree rings/bricks) e) Pruning/trimming of trees f) Ground cover maintenance/trimming g) Hard surface blowing/sweeping/pressure washing h) Rock/granite raking and cleaning i) Pre & post emergent weed control j) Removal of plant/lawn waste and trash k) Lawn fertilization l) Mulching m) Winter lawn re-seeding n) Irrigation system maintenance and repairs o) Annuals replaced twice a year or as needed p) Replacement of dead/dying plants/shrubs as needed q) General trash removal including exterior trash bins at each location r) Parking lot clean up s) Special care areas: i. Manual weeding of community garden at Congress location only; no pesticides should be used ii. No pesticides should be used on or near the fruit trees located at Manning I & II iii. Annual trimming of palm trees at Manning I & II iv. Olive trees at Southwest location should be trimmed and treated annually to inhibit olive production
