● Past successes in building government or other enterprise-level systems, and an understanding of how the requirements of a government system differ from those of other enterprises. ● Adherence to WCAG accessibility standards and philosophy of approach to universal design. ● Approach to the following areas: Upfront research including user and stakeholder interviews ● Selection, implementation and deployment of the Firearms Safety System, including: ○ Experience handling users of multiple roles and levels of permission, and in a distributed environment ○ Partnerships with, certifications from, or other notable recognition by vendors ● Front-end development ● Backend development –designed and implemented a new database architecture, deploy scalable cloud infrastructure and develop API integrations to support application functionality. ● Data exchange between systems ● Web Development ○ Including creating multiple/different user interfaces based on role and access level ● Quality assurance testing ● Development, Test and Productions application environments ● User Experience and User Interface Design (including accessibility) ● Usability Research and User Testing ● Maintenance and Support services , including: service availability, incident management, problem resolution ● Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity ● System Security Planning ● SOC2 or FedRAMP Certification ● Performance Monitoring and Reporting
