The contractor shall provide on-call services for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of Security Surveillance Camera Systems on an as-needed basis, as requested by the client. Services shall include the provision and updating of all relevant documentation, such as equipment specifications, system schematics, and As-Built drawings, as applicable. Video Surveillance Solution Overview: The City of Raleigh’s video surveillance system is built on a Milestone Video Management Software (VMS) platform, utilizing IP cameras deployed across various municipal locations. The solution is designed in accordance with the City’s Video Surveillance Specifications and includes a centralized Milestone Management Server without failover capability. Video recording is distributed across 63 Milestone Video Recorders (NVRs) located throughout the city, utilizing a combination of localized and network storage to support scalability, redundancy, and operational flexibility. Video Surveillance System The contractor shall provide on-call services for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the City of Raleigh’s Video Surveillance System, including Milestone VMS components, IP cameras, network video recorders (NVRs), and associated infrastructure. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis, as requested by the City. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform diagnostics, maintenance, repair, and replacement of system components. All services must be performed by qualified, trained, and manufacturer-certified technicians with experience in Milestone VMS and IP-based surveillance systems.
