All work necessary for the construction of the 2025 Wayfinding Program as shown in the attached maps and specifications. This includes Refurbish Sign Structure (repair and repaint) & Replace Panel (50”, 42”, 24” and smaller), In Field Sign Panel Replacement, Footer & BreakAway Bolt System, Demolition of Abandoned Bolt Down Footer 8" Below Grade, and other items as described on the bid sheet. Fabricator to make the new sign structures specified in the project and remove some of the perimeter signage, as determined with the Town in order to fabricate and refurbish 8 to 10 sign structures ready for install. Messaging for these will be programmed for internal signs as determined. The new/refurbished signs will be installed in place of other signs needing refurbishment and the signs needing refurbishment will be returned to the shop. Process will continue until all refurbished and new signs are in place.
