This project consists of all work associated with the construction of a 2.0-million-gallon composite elevated storage tank at the project site located on the southern side of Shepherd Dr, approximately .4 miles west of US 75. This includes all yard piping, grading, paving, fencing, and all other items associated with this site as indicated in the contract documents. This project also encompasses the dismantling of an existing .75-million-gallon steel elevated storage tank, located at an existing site on the northern side of Shepherd Dr approximately .6 miles west of US 75. This includes the removal, abandonment, and relocation of items at the existing tank site as indicated in the contract documents. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications.
