The Geographic Information Systems Professional will provide the necessary services to create, update and maintain Burlington Township’s Geographic Information System (GIS) data sets and maps for the Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage systems as follows: • Extract assets and attributes from Computer Aided Design (CAD) files and GIS Data sets provided by the Township or developers and import any new information into the Township’s existing ArcGIS Online account. o For Water System- Attributes will include water main diameter, material, installation date; Valve size and type; hydrant size and type; and fitting type. o For Sewer System- Attributes will include Gravity Main diameter, material, upstream elevation, downstream elevation, drop elevation. Pipe slope, pipe length and install date; Manhole diameter, rim elevation and bottom elevation. o For Storm System- Attributes will include Gravity main diameter, material, inverts and slopes; manhole and inlet type, casting elevations, pipe inverts; and headwall inverts. • Import any new GIS data collected by the GIS Professional or Township Water or Sewer Department personnel to update the associated water, sewer and storm system maps. • Utilize ESRI’s standard water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer data models to manage the Township’s infrastructure.
