Phase 1: Design and Infrastructure This phase involves using standard practices focusing on UX design, ADA accessibility and responsive mobile-first design standards to develop an accessible theme and strong infrastructure. The cost of phase 1 would include initial research, drafting the infrastructure, wire framing, and template design. Proposals received from bidding entities should describe their approach to developing a website redesign and samples of work. Phase 2: Coding and Implementation This phase involves utilizing the approved wireframes from phase 1, working installations should be created along with the theme or theme(s) using the requirements below.
