Contractor shall perform repairs on existing Intellipak chiller as specified in the following Statement of Work. C.2.1 CHILLER SYSTEM REPAIRS A. Contractor shall perform lock out tag out on the chiller manufacturer’s procedures. B. Contractor shall perform pressure tests on both refrigerant systems for leaks. C. Contractor shall fix leaks. D. Contractor shall recover and house remaining gas within refrigerant systems per industry environmental protection agency [EPA] standards. E. Contractor shall replace head and body of thermal expansion valve on both circuits. F. Contractor shall purge nitrogen and sweat in new dryer/filters on each circuit. G. Contractor shall add oil to compressors that meet original equipment manufacturer [OEM] standards to the existing compressors. H. Contractor shall pressure test and leak test repairs. I. Contractor shall vacuum each circuit and hold 500 microns for eight (8) hours. J. Contractor shall weigh in and add refrigerant R22 per manufacturers specifications. K. Contractor shall remove/replace needed control boards on the chiller unit. L. Contractor shall remove/replace two crane case heaters. M. Contractor shall remove/replace four compressor contactors & auxiliaries. N. Contractor shall remove/replace four condenser fan motor contactors. O. Contractor shall remove/replace two condenser fan motors and blades. P. Contractor shall remove/replace two compressor modules. Q. Contractor shall remove/replace suction pressure switches and high limit switches. R. Contractor shall cleanup work area daily. S. Contractor shall provide written report(s) of completed work to customer after each segment has been finished such as chiller system repairs, chilled water pump and piping, chilled water pressure reducing valve station, and clean chilled water loop.
