T91 is one of the busiest and most complex Maritime Division facilities, supporting several lines of business that include Cruise, Elliott Bay Fishing and Commercial Operations, as well as a portfolio of buildings used for fishing-related activities. The PORT’s five-year Capital Improvement Plan includes several upcoming capital projects at the T91 facility. A programmatic design approach to delivering the T91 Capital Improvement Program of projects will allow for efficiency and will allow for better design coordination across the projects.
