This project is replacing a RTU at the McKernan Hospitality Center. The current RTU is beyond its useful life and requires replacement with new properly sized R-454B or R-32 refrigerant. The current unit serves 8 guest rooms, 1 conference room and common areas of the building. All new equipment will need to be integrated into the current Building Automation System (BAS). The scope of services for this project includes, but may not be limited to, schedule and cost estimating, preliminary design, design development, contract documents, and administration of bidding and installation. The AE Consultant may be required to coordinate this work or additional work with other consultants or vendors contracted by the Owner.
