The Borough of Roselle Zoning Board is requesting proposals for Planner Services for the Borough Zoning Board of Adjustment the Planner will have a close working relationship with the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Department of Engineering and Department of Construction. The Planner must demonstrate the ability to: Perform professional planning and technical administrative consulting services for the Borough of Roselle Zoning Board of Adjustment, upon authorization, including preparation of Master Plan and Land Use Ordinance Amendments; attendance at Zoning meetings, or other special meetings as needed; preparation of special planning reports; assistance to staff personnel on administrative and technical matters, as required; and professional planning advisory services, as requested. Attend regular, special and emergency meetings of the Borough of Roselle, if required. Interact with applicable Borough personnel and other governmental agencies, as required.
