2. NATURE/ SCOPE OF SERVICES – The Borough of Roselle is requesting qualifications for Special Counsel for Tax Foreclosures relating to real property in the Borough, for which the Borough has a lien for unpaid taxes in accordance with the applicable statutes of the State of New Jersey. The Borough of Roselle is requesting qualifications for special counsel for Tax Foreclosures Services. Counsel will, on an “as needed” basis assigned and required to provide representation in all aspects of foreclosure of tax liens on real property in the Borough, including but not limited to, preparation of pleadings motions, and discovery documents; participation in all discovery including attendance at all depositions; participation in and attendance at settlements conferences, pre-trial motions and trials. Counsel may be called upon to attend meetings. Counsel may also be called upon to provide other types of legal services of a specialized nature related to foreclosures.
