The State of North Dakota, acting through its designated procurement authority, is soliciting proposals for the acquisition of high-resolution Geographic Information System (GIS) satellite imagery services. This procurement will support multiple state agencies, including Trust Lands, in obtaining on-demand, high-quality imagery for land management, environmental monitoring, planning, and other geospatial analysis needs. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a solution that provides timely access to current and historical imagery, supports integration with ArcGIS Pro and related GIS platforms, and includes scalable licensing models suitable for multitenant use. Vendors must demonstrate technical capability, a proven history of delivering GIS imagery to public sector clients, and flexibility in meeting both seasonal and spatial data needs such as oblique views, and state-specific delivery standards.
