The Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development is issuing this Request for Information to gather information from vendors with experience implementing large-scale technology solutions that support workforce development, career services, and/or job-matching systems. This RFI supports the MassHire Innovation Project, a statewide modernization effort designed to strengthen how Massachusetts connects jobseekers, employers, and workforce partners. As part of this initiative, MDCS is seeking to replace the existing JobQuest portal with a modern, integrated platform that improves the customer experience, streamlines data sharing, and provides real-time insights to support a more responsive and equitable workforce system. The information gathered through this RFI will help inform the design and approach for future solicitations related to JobQuest modernization and related system integration services. Respondent input will help EOLWD better understand available market capabilities, leading practices, and implementation approaches that could advance this critical transformation.
