The Borough of Roselle is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide Medical Services. The Proposer will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following services: Medical Services department and agencies pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:5-4; Assist Borough staff on matters regarding health care issues for employees. Develop Borough Health Care Protocol/Policies. Consult with the legal department on issues related to employee health care and employment related medical issues. Ensure compliance with all medical requirements of PEOSHA/DOT/BOROUGH OF ROSELLE. Perform post placement exams, workers compensation injuries, disability evaluations and fit for duty evaluations. Review drug testing procedure and positive drug tests of Borough employees. Demonstrate a knowledge of DOT, Police and Fire Department regulations. Demonstrate knowledge/experience with HAZMAT.
