The Borough of Roselle is requesting proposals for Architectural Services. The proposer will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following services: 1. Site analysis and planning; 2. Defining project needs; 3. Schematic concept development; 4. Preliminary and final design and image development; 5. Budget projections; 6. Space planning; 7. Assisting in acquiring governmental approvals; 8. Attendance at regular, special and emergency meetings of the Borough of Roselle, if required; 9. Attendance at all other meetings that the Borough deems necessary; 10. Preparation and/ or review of reports, permits and applications as requested by the Borough; and 11. Review of all correspondence referred by the Borough, and preparation of correspondence on behalf of the Borough, if requested.
