1) Shelter 4: a. The Contractor shall remove all siding, soffits, and damaged trim/fascia including interior of shelter. b. The Contractor shall remove the window openings that currently contain window units on the lakeside of the former snack bar, as well as the lakeside door of the former snack bar that leads to the covered shelter. c. The Contractor shall remove the windows between the former snack bar and under shelter. d. The Contractor shall remove sheetrock ceilings, lighting, switches, receptacles, wall vents, doors and frames in the restrooms. e. The Contractor shall remove the door between the laundry area and former snack bar area. f. The Contractor shall remove lighting, switches, receptacles in the shelter. 2) Horsebarn: a. The Contractor shall remove all siding, damaged trim/fascia and damaged roofing (on rear) of structure. 3) Shooting Range: a. The Contractor shall remove all roofing materials from range shelter. 4) Visitor Center Restrooms: a. The Contractor shall remove doors and frames on the two exterior restrooms and storage room. b. The Contractor shall remove secondary interior door into the storage room. c. The Contractor shall remove ceiling vents, heaters (to be saved), and lighting on ceiling. d. The Contractor shall remove all sheetrock from ceilings and toilet wall in restrooms. e. The Contractor shall remove all items on the walls, including receptacles, switches, grab bars, etc. f. The Contractor shall remove all fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) from restroom walls. g. The Contractor shall remove built in paper towel holders/wastebaskets from walls. h. The Contractor shall remove toilets. i. The Contractor shall saw cut flooring to facilitate the centering of the toilets.
