The City of Dallas (City) Department of Facilities and Real Estate Management (FRM) is soliciting bids to establish a three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service price agreement with qualified supplier(s) for routine and emergency water extraction services. Additional services incorporated within this scope of work include structure and content drying services, smoke and soot removal, and odor elimination treatment at various City facilities. An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of goods and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services procured through any agreement established as a result of this solicitation will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. The awarded bidder(s) will be required to fulfill all aspects of these specifications timely, and in their entirety.
