Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. This section describes the tasks and performance requirements for Iteris that are anticipated to complete the expected tasks. Task 1 - Project Management Project management for this project will be in accordance with the project management for the overall CO CVIEW project. Communications – The Iteris CO CVIEW Project Manager (PM) shall coordinate project communications with the designated CSP PM. Deliverables shall be provided to the CSP PM and others designated by the CSP PM. Documents – Iteris shall provide project documents in an electronic format that can be viewed, shared, and commented on using Google Drive tools. Project Management Plan – Iteris shall amend the CO CVIEW Project Management Plan (PMP) to document planning and resource allocation occurring to support this project. Project Status Meetings – Iteris shall incorporate this project into the CO CVIEW project status meetings. If this project extends beyond the completion of other CO CVIEW work, project status meetings will be extended until this project is complete. Monthly Status Reports – Iteris shall incorporate this project into the CO CVIEW monthly progress reports to the CSP PM. Quarterly CVIEW System Reports – Iteris shall incorporate this project into the CO CVIEW quarterly reports. Task 1 Deliverables It is expected that no specific project management deliverables are required, but the following CO CVIEW deliverables will be amended to incorporate the inspection and crash data project: Updated Project Management Plan (PMP). Status Meetings Agendas and Notes. Monthly Status Reports Through Deployment. Quarterly CO CVIEW System Status Reports Through Operation. Task 2 - Project Design Project design process for this project will be consistent with that for the CO CVIEW and may be incorporated into the overall CO CVIEW design effort and documentation. Iteris will modify the following to incorporate the requirements and features as described by this project. Iteris will modify the following documents: Requirements Traceability Matrix – to include the Inspection and Crash Data Modernization project System Requirements. System and Software Design Document – to include design to meet the Inspection and Crash Data Modernization project’s System Requirements. OIT Documentation – to include the functionality and interface of the Inspection and Crash Data Modernization project. Deployment Transition Plan – to include the transfer of historical data from CO SafetyNet to CO CVIEW and new data from other systems to CO CVIEW. Operations Support (OS) Plan – to include how the new functionality described in the Inspection and Crash Data Modernization project will be maintained and supported consistent with the CO CVIEW system. User Manual – to include instruction on additional capabilities to analyze, report on, and edit crash and inspection data.
