The City intends to engage a professional firm for A&E design services that include, but are not limited to: • Architectural Services • Civil Engineering services • Structural Engineering services • Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection services • Interior Design • Landscape Design • Information Technology, Data, and Telecommunications Design service responsibilities may also include, but are not limited to the following services: • Program collaboration and verification involving Fire Department and City staff. • Detailed topographic survey as necessary for planning and design of the project. • Site Constraints Analysis and Assessment. • Soil investigations as necessary to determine structural design. • Preparation of detailed plans and specifications for construction (building, interiors, site, utilities and stormwater, landscaping, signage, etc.) including low voltage devices and pathways. • Preparation of contract proposal and all necessary bidding documents.
